Where your information is stored
Your information will be stored and processed both inside and outside the Valder yachts Limited. Where personal data is stored and/or transferred outside of the Calder Yachts Limited it will be managed and handled in accordance with GDPR, including the use of processors based in the United States who are participant in the EU-US Privacy Shield programme: By submitting your data to us, you agree to this handling. 


We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. 


We will store all the personal information you provide to us on securely protected servers. We will store your information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services.
